About The Opportunity
Fuelled by our ongoing growth, we’re seeking a talented and results-oriented Project Manager to join our dynamic team. You'll be the driving force behind ensuring projects are meticulously planned, flawlessly executed, and delivered on time, on budget, and exceeding expectations.
Become the Communication Hub:
As the central point of contact for all project-related communication, you’ll foster strong relationships with internal departments, external clients, and stakeholders. Your excellent communication skills will bridge the gap, ensuring everyone is aligned and informed. You’ll also be responsible for regular governance reporting, keeping key players in the loop.
Are You The Perfect Fit?
Degree-educated with 5+ years of experience in a corporate environment.
Project management qualifications (PRINCE II, PMI) are a plus.
What You Will Do
Collaborate with technical teams to define project activities and timelines with laser focus.
Engage with all stakeholders to ensure a crystal-clear understanding of project scope and contractual requirements.
Be a proactive guardian against scope creep, using your expertise in requirements management methodologies and tools.
Craft detailed project plans with clear milestones and communication points for internal teams and customers, factoring in procurement, assembly, testing, and logistics.
Monitor, report, and manage project budgets like a hawk, identifying and mitigating potential risks to profitability.
What We Value
Proven track record managing small to medium-sized IT projects, including New Product Development and Continuous Product Development.
A history of successfully leading multi-disciplinary teams to achieve project wins.
Mastery of Microsoft Office Tools (MS Project, Excel, Word) is a must.
Confident and articulate communicator with exceptional written and verbal English skills.
Organizational prowess to thrive within defined project delivery processes (life cycle management, NPD, Stage Gate development, waterfall methodologies).
